Who we are

Vintally is a dashboard for Vinted sellers, made up of the website at vintally.app and the Vintally browser extension. It is run from the United Kingdom and is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted. You can reach us at support@vintally.app.

What you get

Anyone can try the demo on vintally.app for free, with sample data and no account. Syncing your own Vinted shop needs a subscription. With one, the extension reads your own orders, listings and wallet from your logged-in Vinted session and your dashboard shows them, as described in our privacy policy.

Vinted doesn't offer an official way to do this, so it relies on how Vinted's site works today. If Vinted changes it, syncing may stop until we catch up. We'll fix it as quickly as we can, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

Some figures are estimates and are labelled as such, like dispatch deadlines and the trading allowance tracker. They are there to help you, not tax or financial advice. Check anything important with Vinted, HMRC or an accountant.

Prices and billing

Vintally is Pro Monthly at £19 a month or Pro Yearly at £129 a year, in GBP. Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel. We never see your card details.

You can switch between monthly and yearly in Settings. Stripe credits the unused part of your current plan against the new one, so you only pay the difference.

If a payment fails, syncing pauses and we'll ask you to update your card. Your data stays in your account, and syncing picks up again once the payment goes through.

If we ever change our prices we'll email you at least 30 days before, and the new price only applies from your next renewal after that. You can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time in Settings, under Manage billing. Your subscription then stops renewing, and you keep full access until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.

Your 14-day right to cancel: UK law lets you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. Vintally starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request, so if you cancel in that time we'll refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the days you've already had. To do this, email support@vintally.app.

After those 14 days, cancelling stops future renewals, and payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Only connect a Vinted account that is yours. Don't use Vintally to break Vinted's rules, the law, or to interfere with Vintally itself.

Your shop data remains yours. You can ask us to delete your account and everything synced to it at any time, as the privacy policy explains. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Our responsibility to you

We provide Vintally with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by Vinted's site changing or being unavailable, or for decisions you make based on the dashboard. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes, law and contact

If these terms change we'll update the date above, and email subscribers about anything that affects them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK you can also use your local courts. Questions or complaints: support@vintally.app.
