Privacy policy

Vintally is a dashboard for Vinted sellers, made up of the website at vintally.app and the Vintally browser extension. Vintally is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted.

Your Vintally account: your email address and sign-in details, used to log you in.

Your Vinted shop data, read by the extension from your own logged-in Vinted session on vinted.co.uk: your orders and sales (item, price, status, date and the buyer's Vinted username), your listings with their photos, views and favourites, your wallet balances, and your Vinted username and profile picture. Item photos are copied to our storage because Vinted deletes them after a sale.

Your Vinted conversations: for your 40 most recent threads, the other member's username, the item, the latest message preview, any offer (price and status), and up to the last 20 messages. They are used to show your Inbox, work out what each offer would make you, and suggest replies. Vintally never sends messages or answers offers; you do that on Vinted.

What you type in, such as item costs, SKUs, purchases, expenses and goals.

Billing: if you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we keep your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

We do not read your Vinted password, and the extension only runs against Vinted and Vintally. It does not read your browsing history or any other website.

When you sign in to vintally.app, the website passes your Vintally session to the extension, which keeps it in your browser's extension storage. When you open Vintally, every 30 minutes while it's open, every few hours in the background, and when you press “Sync now”, the extension reads your shop data from Vinted and sends it to your Vintally account over HTTPS. Signing out of Vintally clears the stored session.

When you use the image editor, each photo you pick is shrunk in your browser and sent to Cloudflare, which removes the background and sends the result straight back. Vintally doesn't save your photos or keep a copy; the finished photos only exist on your device. The editor counts how many free photos you've used in your browser's storage, not on our servers.

Only to show you your own dashboard: sales, stock, profit, orders and reports. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, use it for advertising, or use it to decide anyone's credit or lending. No person at Vintally reads it except when you ask for support or where the law requires it.

Your data is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), and the website is served by Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each acts only on our instructions. Your account data is protected so that only your signed-in account can read it.

We keep your data while you have an account. To delete your account and everything synced to it, email privacy@vintally.app and we'll remove it within 30 days. You can stop syncing at any time by removing the extension.

If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to see, correct or export your data, and to complain to your data protection authority (the ICO in the UK).
